We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be slightly extended during peak periods such as holidays or promotional events.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the United States is typically 2–10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier issues, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@homevoraq.com. We will do our best to update the information before the order is dispatched.

Homevoraq is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@homevoraq.com within 3 days of the reported delivery date.

We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Please note that Homevoraq is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address that are subsequently reported as stolen. However, we encourage you to contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and prepared for shipment and therefore may no longer be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@homevoraq.com.
