Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
We offer free returns within the United States for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not related to a defect may not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact our support team at support@homevoraq.com and include the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Any supporting photo or video evidence
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the appropriate next steps.
Return Shipping
Free return shipping is provided for eligible returns within the United States.
In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label or offer a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be returned.
Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Once the issue is confirmed, we will resolve it at no cost to you as quickly as possible. This may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds and Replacements
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following remedies, depending on the nature of the issue:
- A replacement at no additional cost to you
- A partial refund
- A full refund
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once delivered, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. These include:
- Personal care and massage products (e.g. scalp massagers, relaxation tools)
- Fitness and recovery equipment (e.g. resistance bands, pilates boards)
- Kitchen and food-related items (e.g. tea infusers, serving boards)
- Pet products intended for direct animal use (e.g. grooming gloves, pet brushes)
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and prepared for shipment and therefore may no longer be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@homevoraq.com.
